Proven durability.  Our Standard Jail Mattress has been in the market for many years.  The Derby Standard Corrections Mattress is designed for demanding environments.  We RF (Radio Frequency) weld our mattress covers, creating a 100% sealed seam mattress (zero stitching).  Sealed seams help to reduce contraband issues.  Sealed seams, combined with a tough, fluid-resistant cover material help lock out contaminants like bodily fluids, head lice, and bed bugs.  Our Standard Jail Mattress can be easily cleaned with a bleach solution or a hospital-grade cleaner.  Integrated pillows eliminate the need for a seperate pillow.  Our Standard Corrections Mattress is tested for flammability.  We offer a warranty against cracking and against seam failure.
