Our sealed seam mattress construction (zero stitching) and patented internally sealed vent lock out contaminants such as blood, water, urine, bed bugs, and head lice. We offer a variety of both cover and core options to allow you to customize a mattress for your specific needs. Custom sizes are available.

This mattress is a CLOSEOUT item. The Pinnacle Nylon Foam is only available in a 6 x 36 x 80 size. It has great seam strength (the seams are sealed externally on this mattress model). LIke our other mattress products, it is easily cleaned and disinfected. It is a great option for a quality sealed mattress on a budget.
